In my opinion how is cyberbulliyng a thing? Really you are going to mock someone from the safety of a screen?
Weak that's what you are.
 No you shouldn't make someone feel like that at anytime but to be so cowardly about it. How about if you don't like a person block them! Don't make them feel like that just because your so big and bad on facebook. Just hit block, ignore them or better yet don't go online at all! If your not man enough to say it to their face then just shut up and play your farmville.

The past. Your past. My past. It defindes who we are and made us in to the people we are today. You can judge you own past. But to judge someone else for theirs?
